A Collaborative, In-House Process

Unlike online brands or one-size-fits-all designs, our custom pieces are created through a collaborative process with our in-house team. You’ll work directly with designers who understand both the creative and technical sides of fine jewelry, from proportions and stone selection to wearability and longevity.

Our Design Process

Consultation

Your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation at our Philadelphia showroom. We’ll talk through your ideas, inspiration, timeline, and budget. Whether you arrive with reference images or just a general vision, we’ll guide the conversation.

Design and CAD

Our designers translate your ideas into detailed sketches and CAD renderings. You’ll be able to review proportions, details, and settings — and make refinements before anything is made. Many custom projects are designed in collaboration with Colton, our in-house CAD designer, ensuring precision and clarity throughout the process.

Stone Selection

Choosing the right diamond or gemstone is one of the most important parts of the design. We’ll walk you through your options with transparency, focusing on beauty, quality, and value — never pressure. (And if you have your own stone in mind, you're already set).

Craftsmanship

Once approved, your piece is crafted with care and expertise. Keeping this process local allows us to maintain quality control and ensure every detail is exactly right.

The Final Piece

The result is a one-of-a-kind piece, designed specifically for you — and made to be worn, loved, and passed down.
