Our Return Policy
Need to return an item? Contact us to obtain an RMA number and instructions on how to return your item. Barsky Diamonds wants to ensure your happiness with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any ( non-engraved ) , ( non-custom design ) item, within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
You must obtain a Return Authorization number prior to returning any products to Barsky Diamonds. Barsky Diamonds is not responsible for packages sent with out a valid RMA number. Any items received without a valid RMA number will not be returned.
Follow the three simple steps below to return a product:
1. Return Authorization Number: Call 877-544-6301 to speak to a customer service representative and obtain an RMA number or go to our support center
2. Packaging: Include all original packaging and materials. If your item came with a diamond certificate you must include the certificate with your return, or you may be liable for the $300 replacement cost. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of box you are shipping the item to be returned in. For security reasons DO NOT write Barsky Diamonds anywhere on the packaging.
3. Insure the package: All items being sent back to Barsky Diamonds that have a value of $100 or more MUST be insured. We will not be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during and after shipping. You may use any carrier of your choice to send back your item. For your information, UPS will insure your package up to $100 and FedEx will insure up to $100 for ground and up to $500 for Express at no additional charge. If the item being sent back is worth more in value you can ask for higher insurance coverage at an additional cost. Remember, all items sent back to Barsky Diamonds MUST be insured for the amount on your invoice. |
